Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards. Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with project managers to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Work closely with senior leadership to improve financial processes and internal controls as theAccounting Manager . Provide mentorship and support to the accounting team to enhance overall efficiency under theAccounting Manager 's leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience as anAccounting Manager , preferably in construction or a related industry. Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and construction contracts. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with construction-specific software is a plus).
