Responsibilities for Accounting Clerk role:
Accurately update firm's in house system with all incoming invoice information.
The Accounting Clerk will manage the sorting & distribution of mail for input into system.
Scan & sort invoices in a timely manner.
The Accounting Clerk will handle filing system for invoices, ensuring invoices are filed in correct folders for companies.
Experience Preferred for Accounting Clerk role:
Tech savvy - Willing to learn new systems quickly
Strong, friendly communication skills & eager to learn
