Job Description
SNI Companies has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring an Accounting Clerk onto their team immediately. This position will be on-site Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. A successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter, extremely detail oriented, and eager to learn.
General Functions:
* Assist with Collections of Accounts Receivable.
* Bank reconciliation
* Manage GRNI (Goods Received No Invoice)
* Review open invoices scheduled for collection.
* Assist with inventory tracking and work closely with procurement department.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years' experience in AR Clerk role
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Must be able to use Excel to create reports
* Proficiency in relevant ERP accounting software
