Xpressdocs is looking for an Account Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will deliver communication between customers and production, handling all details of jobs from estimating to shipping of finished product to meet due dates.
In this position, you will:
Anticipate requests of customers while creating and building strong customer relationships.
Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative approach.
Meet multiple priorities in a demanding and deadline driven environment.
Work independently with an initiative to complete daily tasks.
Effectively document, organize, and communicate requirements and expectations.
Successfully manage projects and service levels.
Make recommendations for the scope, tasks, goals, and execution of client projects.
Display and demonstrate product knowledge, emphasizing value-added features.
Recognize growth opportunities and present to account management.
Be proactive in responses to solving issues and providing communication to support teams.
Provide user training through online Webinar presentations or online meetings as needed.
Provide accurate estimates for customers and follow up accordingly.
Coordinate with Customers, Prepress, Production, Finishing and Shipping departments all functions needed relating to each customer’s order.
Provide information about the daily production workflow to ensure timely delivery to customers.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a similar environment.
A minimum of 3 years print experience.
A conscious and detail orientated way of thinking. You must be organized and self-motivated.
Excellent organizational/follow-up skills to oversee multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and knowledge of the Marketing and Sales process.
The ability to manage customer expectations with production schedules.
The ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time.
The ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time.
The ability to move throughout all departments within the company; including our production areas.
The ability to be confined in a small area; such as a cubical.
The ability to operate phones and computers.
