What You'll Do:The Lease Account Manager is responsible for securing long-term full-service leases, cultivates contractual maintenance business, develops, and maintains excellent customer relations and manages the accounts to the highest level of customer service to exceed all customer expectations. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required.3 Years of industry related experience preferred.Achieves all aspects of annual quota.Basic understanding of business financeMust be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.Must possess exceptional customer service and closing technique skills.Excellent communication skillsComputer knowledge Principal Responsibilities:Responsible for a sales quota, selling multiple product lines including Full-Service Leasing and Complete Compliance Maintenance PackagesWork directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment to best serve the customer base.Create opportunities to build and grow books of business.Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions and be empowered to make decisions daily.Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure their satisfaction of all Velocity’s Products and ServicesWorking with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly.Devising solutions to accommodate a complete, positive, and long-lasting Customer ExperienceCreating vehicle specifications that best suit the client.Building strong relationships with the clients replacing or adding vehicles as the need arises Compensation:$75,000-$85,000/year depending on experiencePlus Annual Bonus PlanFull Time position Physical Requirements: Must be able to pass post offer drug test Benefits Velocity Vehicle Group Offers:Fantastic Culture 401k + matchHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance + HSA & FSAEmployer paid Life InsurancePaid Vacation DaysSick LeaveExcellent Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Company perks such as employee discounts, company events and training programs Velocity Vehicle Group is an equal opportunity employer.
