Associates degree in a related area, plus 2 years of experience. 3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree 2 years of application specific experience. *Sells and retains commercial membership in assigned territory at a minimum level of monthly quota.
*Provide excellent service to customers and stakeholders using proven methods and processes supported by the Sales Department which include: continually search for ways to improve customer/client service; impress customers with exceptional service; seek feedback from customers; track performance against customer requirements; address customer needs by involving the right people at the right time and follow up to ensure problems are resolved; and effectively balance the interests of a variety of customers.
*Maintain and develop comprehensive product and industry knowledge including knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations affecting insurance practices.
*Effectively presents and communicates verbally and in written form to a wide variety of audiences. Express one-self to provide information to others effectively and recognize required communication styles.
*Understand complex pricing models and comprehensive benefit structures.
*Analyze market position to create specific strategies associated with service and retention of a specific book of business.
