A successful Accounting Manager will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. We manage construction projects for the Federal Government as well as the private sector.Accounting Responsibilities:· Job Cost Reporting· Weekly balance reporting· Provide Leadership w/ P&L & Balance Sheet· In-Depth knowledge of Payroll Liabilities· Yearly & Quarterly State & Federal Tax Reporting· Payroll Liability Adjustments to reconcile prepaid accounts· Financial Forecasting – Annual Budgets· Knowledge of Multi State Tax withholding, reporting, and tax deposits.· Create a WIP of current and closed projects from the Job Cost Detail Report· Manage Payroll liability deposits to ensure they are made timely and in the correct amount· In-Depth knowledge of QuickBooks· Manage Transfers between accounts· Project Status Reporting· Monthly Review & Reconciliation of BooksProcore Responsibilities:· Know and Understand ERP integration between Procore and QuickBooks· Manage all aspects of Procore from trouble shooting to training, specifically related to Job Costing, Budgeting & FinancialsGeneral Knowledge / Responsibilities:· Knowledge and Understanding of Commercial Construction Owner Pay Applications, Change Orders, Budgets, and Subcontractor Pay Applications (AIA 702 & 703)Personal Attributes:· Humble· Team Player· Willingness to Learn· Honest· PunctualJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:· 401(k) matching· Dental insurance· Health insurance· Life insurance· Paid time off· Tuition reimbursement· Vision insuranceEducation:· High school or equivalent (Required)Apply Here or Contact Lauren at #USSE%12348343% %%{{category}}%%
