Account Manager

Position: Account Manager Location: Lockport, IL Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid 2-3days/week in office Salary: $60,000 annually + benefits! Start Date: ASAP Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm CT Overview: Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Account Manager in the logistics and transportation industry. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships and manage consistent reporting to host QBRs, assist with client requests, as well as frequent collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities: Respond to customer and carrier inquiries accurately, following procedures and using internal systems to ensure a smooth experience and clarity for other internal teams on additional support needed Provide top-tier support by addressing account-related service questions and delivering timely, effective solutions Communicate consistently with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships--strong written, phone, and email communication are keys for success Track, follow-up, and resolve any outstanding account-related inquiries that may be related to inventory, delivery timing, order compliance, etc. Prepare documentation and reports for client accounts to manage and host Quarterly Business Reviews in-person and virtually Requirements: 2+ year(s) of account management, customer success, or other client relationship management experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience presenting to clients for QBRs preferred, and/or participating in QBRs and familiar with associated data Strong technical skills. Must be comfortable learning new systems quickly to work cross-functionally with teams Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining timely, high-volume client communication Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Comprehensive Benefits include...
