Lead by example and present a professional demeanor in the showroom when working with a client by being 100% focused on their needs and expectations.2. Develop and nurture relationships with all clients to build trust and a level of comfort that makes Ladco their go-to source for luxury home furnishings.3. Contribute to the overall success of the Design Center, by lending perspective and insights to other account executives and Ladco team members.4. Mange and develop an active book of business, providing exceptional customer service prior to, during and after an order is placed. 5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to validate or modify our communication process to remain relevant and top of mind with our clients.6. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to showcase our capabilities, create brand awareness, and stay top of mind with prospective clients.7. Contribute to the culture of Ladco by being a great team member and collaborating with everyone in the company to foster growth and a fun environment. Experience and Requirements1. Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role with a proven track record of sales and business development with a luxury furniture trade showroom or within the interior design industry.2. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis in sales and marketing and/or interior design.3. Demonstrated experience developing new relationships and trust with existing clients.4. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - with a reputation of being fully prepared and being super responsive and having timely follow-up.7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet a variety of client needs simultaneously.
