We are backed by some of Silicon Valley's finest; Including Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and the founders of Twilio, Affirm, ElevenLabs, and many more.Role description:Ideally, this is a full-time role located in San Francisco, CA, though it is ok to be remote sometimes (and we make exceptions for truly special candidates)! As an Account Executive at Bland, your primary responsibility will be closing deals with enterprise clients. This is not a full-cycle role, so your focus will be on doing everything in your power to get each deal over the line. You’ll be joining our quickly growing sales org as one of our first 5 AEs, with the chance to make an outsized impact!We aren't a super traditional team, but we are an extremely effective one. We love unique backgrounds, hard workers, and intelligent people who take pride in everything they do.Things you might do:Become an expert and an advocate for Bland across a number of industriesDo whatever it takes to get deals doneTravel wherever you need, whenever you need toYou will…Educate prospects on all things BlandPush deals over the lineSpend time with our Customer Success team, Sales Eng team, and SDR teamRequired skills and Experience:You have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in an AE role or a similar closing role.You have experience selling to enterprise clients.You have a minimum of 2+ years at a B2B SaaS company.You pay attention to small details and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on a small team.You are empathetic and hardworking.Bonus Points:Experience selling into the largest companies in the worldExperience at a start-upBenefits and Pay:Healthcare, dental, vision, all the good stuff.Base pay of $120,000-$180,000OTE $300,000 to $350,000Every tool you need to succeedEquityUncapped commissionIf you don't have the perfect experience that is fine!
