We're looking for a talented Account Director who will continue to improve and build out internal sales processes and promote growth for the company.The Account Director will use their extensive experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to initiate and support their sales team. Help their team identify potential prospective clients, engage with prospects, build strategic relationships and close business.Requirements:8+ years experience with transformation selling and strategyExperience leading a high performing team and exceeding sales quotasProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainmentBachelor's degree in business or other related field, or equivalentAbility to build relationships with clients quicklyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsResilience and tenacityResponsibilities:Establish relationships with key business stakeholders, align budgets and timelines to effectively move deals through the pipelineCollaborate with field sales on strategic accounts for large deals as required to accelerate early stage pipeline and develop close plansDrive complex sales cycles orchestrating internal team of pre-sales, discovery, and deliveryConsistently deliver against the customers’ expectationsMaintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast dataDevelop a winning sales strategy to consistently meet and exceed revenue targetsCompensation:$150,000 - $160,000 base with OTE of up to $300,000Perks & Benefits!*Amazing products, people and culture*Pre-IPO stock options*Medical, dental, and vision health care benefits*Unlimited PTO*Paid holidays & paid day off for your birthday*401(k) with matchingWe are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual who is self-motivated in their work and career.
