Account Coordinator

LifeStation is seeking an Account Coordinator with a genuine desire to help others and a track-record in client success, building relationships and communications. As an Account Coordinator on our Client Support team, you will communicate directly with clients, primarily through email and phone, and work closely with our internal Account Management, Claims and Customer Service teams to ensure a flawless relationship between LifeStation and our clients. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding support and delighting clients at every turn, this is the role for you.
What You Will Be Doing:
Foster and grow relationships with our partners, offer personalized service and support them in their goal of providing exceptional care to their members
Operate as the lead point person for client relationships
Support LifeStation clients and liaise with Client Operations and Account Management to ensure client success
Regularly review client escalations to ensure their timely resolution, and proactively identify ongoing issues with internal support teams
Assist new clients with their account onboarding, ensuring that clients are realizing their objectives. Help them measure their success by understanding trends on the account and providing timely and relevant data and reports.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in customer service, client success or account management
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in person and on the phone
You thrive in a team-based environment
You have a passion to help others
You possess creative problem-solving skills
Ability to establish and grow meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree required
