*Behavioral Consultant *
We are expanding services and seeking talented Behavioral Consultant (BC) Independent Contractors to provide services to our Pennsylvania families.
Our experienced team of professionals provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the home, community, and school environments. We work one-on-one with Children who have a primary or anticipated diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, children who have been diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities, and Intellectual and Developmental Delays to help them grow and learn to the best of their abilities. We also work closely with the family, involving them in the therapeutic process. Our mission is to help children of all abilities thrive!
This opportunity is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job that can work around your scheduling needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing data
* Functions as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
* Completes social history evaluations of assigned youth in a timely manner, demonstrating good interviewing and assessment skills
* Consults with parents and other team members regularly and provides therapeutic programming materials
* Maintains appropriate and timely communication with family, referral sources, MENTOR and agencies responsible for youth’s treatment, welfare, and/or disposition
* Completes all documentation including treatment planning, progress notes, monthly reviews, and periodic assessments maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures of the program
* Actively participates in planning aftercare and discharge services
* Attends peer review once a month
* Other duties as outlined in contract
*Minimum Requirements:*
One of the following 5 requirements must be met.
* LBS, LPC, LSW, LCSW or LMFT
* BCBA
* Master’s Degree in ABA
* Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling AND 1yr providing full time Mental Health Direct Services with persons under 21 years OR Clinical or Mental Health Direct Service practicum

*Mobile Therapist Job Description*
*$750 Fast Track Bonus\**
The MENTOR Network is expanding and contracting Mobile Therapists (MT) to service children and families in your area.
Our experienced team of professionals provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the school, home, and community setting. We work one-on-one with children with behavioral diagnoses, such as ADHD and ODD, as well as neurological diagnoses, like Downs and Autism. We provide a framework to help them grow and learn to the best of their abilities. We also work closely with the family to involve them in the therapeutic process. Our goal is to help children of all abilities to thrive.
This opportunity is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job. It can work around your scheduling needs.
*Essential Job Functions*
· Provide individual and family therapy; provide feedback to BSC/treatment team around the needs of the individual and the needs of the family.
· Provide support and therapeutic intervention in a variety of settings as appropriate on a case by case basis.
· Assist with the development and implementation of treatment plan goals for children and their families.
· Introduce, practice and review positive coping skills to a variety of children and their families.
· Model and practice respectful, assertive communication.
· Assist family with design and implementation of a proactive crisis plan.
· Document therapy sessions and participate in treatment plan review and update.
*What we need from you*:
· Master’s degree with at least 9 credits in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
· And one of the following 3 options:
· Clinical or Mental Health Direct Service practicum
OR
· 1 Year full time Mental Health Direct Service work with persons under 21 years old.
OR
· Licensed Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Social Worker, or Behavioral Specialist.
