Possess the electrical competency to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions down to circuit board level Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment to “like new” state when required Work unassisted and unsupervised to job completion in a timely and proficient manner Maintain or exceed speed and efficiency while maintaining or improving quality of work Install and dismantle machinery and equipment Overhaul machinery by tearing down equipment and repairing or replacing damaged machine parts Operate mechanical equipment to diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs Care for and use hand tools in the repair of equipment and structures. Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs Perform all general preventative maintenance duties such as greasing oiling, etc Possess excellent technical and critical thinking skills Must provide own hand tools and tool box Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Maintenance Manager for assistance Why Manpower?
