ResponsibilitiesReceives requests for ambulance service within established time requirements.Working knowledge of all communications/computer equipment.Ability to communicate effectively with citizens, medical professionals, public officials and political leaders.Processes calls for service per medical protocols within established Q.I. standards.Other duties as assigned. QualificationsJob Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentType 30 words per minute with 90% accuracyPreferred:Knowledge of MPDS EMD protocolsSkills to apply EMD protocols over the telephone
