Together, let's empower people everywhere to live their healthiest lives.Summary of Position The focus of this position will be to provide data analysis on print production and document management to support the organization's business functions of Marketing, Client Management, Finance and other work groups. Critical function to ensure timeliness and quality of direct mail, onboarding, seasonal and promotional materials in support of members and client communications.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIndependently collect and analyze data for Variable Data Printing (VDP), workflow solutions, software and network applications.Print and Fulfillment Vendor support and management.Procure Print/Fulfillment estimates and competitive bids for various departments, ensuring quotes are within or below budget.Track print expenditures and facilitate all related vendor purchase orders for billing reconciliation.Establish Print Production timelines.Collects, reviews, evaluates data against process, procedures, standards to analyze effectiveness to SLA and KPI's.Identify specific business opportunities for process and performance improvement, whether print or data related including workflow solutions.Conduct reviews and analysis focusing on qualitative and quantitative results.Establishes and maintains effective cross-functional business partnerships across all levels of the department and organization.Actively seek customer, client, partner needs analysis and create appropriate solutions.Independently test business processes and recommend improvements for print data management.Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through production quality reviews, vendor site visits and quarterly performance reviews.Work with, analyze, and report on .csv data files and other data rich files.Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.Establish report scheduling, define reports, email bundles of designated recipients.Structure large data sets to find usable information.Provide sound recommendations to address potential risks.Assist in problem identification and resolution.Create process and program documentation and training guides to aid existing contact points and aid in future expansion implementations and acquisitions.Project management.Direct inquiries and other traffic to correct team members.The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo.Qualifications Expected for PositionBachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in operation data gathering or an associate degree (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years operations experience.3-5 years advanced training and/or experience with advanced Excel and/or other data analysis and reporting software.Highly skilled in Excel (expert-level proficiency highly preferred).Knowledge of print production, paper specs and paper mechanics preferred.Experience with Visio and/or an equivalent workflow tool.Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.Experienced in analyzing data rich files.Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and remain calm in stressful situations.Ability and desire to learn new technology with self-study.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment through high attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other teams.Manage expectations with ease of handling conflict resolution.Be mindful of time management and team dynamics.Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.Customer focused.The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
