2025 Harvest Intern for Terroir Focused Winery (MCMINNVILLE)

Rose & Arrow Estate is seeking a Harvest Intern for the 2025 season. We are a terroir focused Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer, in need of an intern with flexibility to work in the cellar and occasionally the vineyards during this upcoming harvest season. Our team is small and well provided for with daily meals and compensation based on experience. Previous experience is highly valued. Dates:Mid/Early September to Mid-November Responsibilities/Duties:ALL Extensive cleaning of equipment, tanks, barrels and the facility. Assist in various vineyard work, fruit processing, sorting, destemming, pump overs and other winemaking tasks. Topping and other general cellar work as needed. Monitoring fermentations. Other duties assigned by the winemaker.Requirements: Full-time availability including early mornings, late nights, and weekends during harvest season (schedule flexibility required). Appreciation of team work. Previous cellar experience preferred. Punctual, reliable, and organized. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working on ladders.
