We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! *The Opportunity * The associate architect will engage with Adobe Technology Services architects and internal customers to ensure high value and quality of architecture work. Tasks will include the analysis, discovery and presentation of architectural design including future technical feasibility and roadmap. In addition, the associate architect will lead the effort in redefining our architecture governance process, delivering an Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE) in support of the new ATS org structure. *What You’ll Do * Translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards, organizational readiness, implementation strategy, and total cost of ownership Drive architectural design to improve overall solution maturity and cloud-enablement Collaborate with other Adobe architects across Business Platform subject areas such as Marketing, Sales, Commerce & Customer Support, to design solutions that increase customer acquisition, profitability, satisfaction, and retention. Participate in new technology assessments to be considered for future roadmap And for the CoE, you plan and deliver working with ATS architects to transform the governance process, establish a Community of Practice, and revise the portal as the pathway to EA services. *What You Need to Succeed * Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or equivalent experience required Self-motivation Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to research and learn new technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with solution architects across multiple business teams Ability to present and describe architectural solutions to non-technical business partners Understanding of Adobe's business related solutions and how they impact customers, partners and internal business users Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $59,800 -- $136,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
