Summer Internships: Monday, May 20, 2024 40/hours per week max Summary The Intern - Project Management will be responsible for assisting in the gathering of data and project information for the IT Portfolio Operations team. Responsibilities Support Project Manager and project activities: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain documentation with internal stakeholders, the Software Purchasing Committee, and vendors Monitor project timelines May manage small projects with oversight from Portfolio Operations leadership Portfolio Support: Manage incoming requests Gather and document project information Assist business partners to investigate/discover upcoming and/or existing project opportunities May assist in maintaining Jira project(s) as needed What You'll Need Skills Problem solving, including solving technical challenges, critical thinking skills Strong documentation and writing skills Excellent time management and listening skills Strong verbal communication skills - ability to speak to technical and end user audiences Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs Experience Experience with Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office Experience with Jira and Confluence a plus Advanced formula experience (MS Office, spreadsheets) Education Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or related field Travel Requirements Minimal travel Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
