Please see our start dates below.Spring Internships: Monday, January 8, 202420/hours per week max (flexible around your class schedule)Summer Internships: Monday, May 20, 202440/hours per week maxJob SummaryThe Intern - Creative Marketing contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCreative ProductionWork with stakeholders to determine project needs and specificationsUse a variety of videography, photography, and production software, equipment, and techniques to produce high- quality content which visually and expertly represents products or conceptsProvide the setup, recording and editing of audio communications to ensure professional quality of stand-alone or merged piecesEdit segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for the post- production processConsult with stakeholders from pre-production through production and post-production processesAssists with the production of live events such as podcasts, webinars, all-company meetings, and off-site eventsHelps with maintaining and monitoring of equipment and systems utilized for presentations and conferencingContinuously investigate and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency What You'll NeedEducationMust be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems or related programSkillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementThe ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessaryExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesExperienceA portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our teamExperience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie)Travel RequirementsMinimal travelWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements:Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.Sponsorship requirements:Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.How You'll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US:$22.00 - $22.00401(k) participation and matchPaid sick leaveA unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWhere You'll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
