Interface with customer support team and other engineers to gather requirements and determine scope of projects.

Collaborating with product management, project management, and other stakeholders within the Zappos family to successfully execute on projects.
Manage display marketing channels, including social ads and retargeting channels, ensuring that ROAS and new customer CPA goals are met.
Work with appropriate marketing channels ( e.g. email, social, push notifications, direct mail ) to support loyalty marketing initiatives.
This position will lead internal areas in developing business acumen, menu of services for Franchises and financial performance metrics.
