Develop, implement and maintain critical ETL solutions using Python & SQL; build scalable data-pipelines between various databases, data sources & APIs to perform data-mining; help drive optimization and testing in existing data-pipelines to improve data quality.

Email development, including coding emails using HTML and CSS, conducting rendering testing across email clients and mobile devices, as well as some light work on design modification and image creation. LiquidScript experience a plus.
Compile, analyze, and interpret data to identify marketing conclusions and business opportunities on an ongoing basis; work regularly with internal and external marketing, editorial, design, and merchandising partners to develop content and ensure business needs are met.
Execute research of high-impact SEO keywords related to the monthly editorial calendar and identify new growth opportunities to inform content strategy, in tandem with our search agency; advise on keyword optimization within archive content to ensure all older, evergreen editorial services SEO needs.
Work closely with the Audience Development Director to implement audience growth strategies at an editorial level; partner with VP to develop and execute editorial social strategies (informed by Audience Dev insights) and best practices.
