manager performs advanced level and/or managerial professional internal auditing work. Work involves managing or conducting financial, operational, compliance and information technology audit projects; providing consulting services to Authority management and staff; providing major input to development of the annual audit plan; and providing training, coaching, and supervision to internal audit staff.
Responsible for the core processes of the Controller's Office. These core processes include revenue processing, expenditure processing, fixed asset management, grant management, parking revenue management, hotel accounting and other general accounting activities.
The Solicitation Manager under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Procurement, or designee, procures complex goods and services through the competitive and non-competitive solicitation process for the Airport Authority.
The Director of Procurement is responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for professional and technical work, related to the administration and supervision of the Airport Authority's purchasing, contract compliance and business diversity activities.
Ability to work across the entire financial spectrum including accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, risk and safety management, debt and construction costs management, pension systems and cash and investment management (Treasury).
