Responsible for Disaster Recovery planning, risk assessment, testing and ongoing process improvement.
Provides critical support to information security programs through the communication of information security policies, programs and processes.
Develops a robust pipeline (3 to 4 times quota) through continual outreach campaigns to prospects, clients, benefit consultants and partners to generate new business. Follows sales team's policies and processes, and utilizes prescribed templates and tools.
Performs and lead components of the annual SOX testing of technology controls (GITC, ITAC, IPE, etc).
Manages and coordinates day-to-day maintenance of the general accounting systems including research and journal entry of activity and the reconciliation to the general ledger.
Builds and maintains relationships with decision makers in client companies to develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, opportunities and needs.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for annual audits and quarterly reviews, work as a liaison with internal and external audit partners.
Collaborates with the call center/claims management team to develop strategic goals, staff plans and to assist with budget and forecasting for multiple contact/claims centers/operations.
Facilitates Governance meetings on a quarterly basis to review key security programs, projects, budget and risks.
