Celebrating 30 Days of Care: Day 30 "I am writing to thank the VNSNY team who treated my 96-year-old father after he came home from the hospital in early January of this year," noted the daughter of a Manhattan patient. "Leslie C. RN, Ling-Wai F., MSW, Levi E., PT, and Dina K, OT, are an exceptional crew who treated my dad with professionalism and gave him expert care. My dad was impressed by their warmth and kindness. I cannot speak highly enough of this team and I hope they know how much we appreciate their effective care and attentiveness." Its Giving Tuesday, and our Board of Directors is matching all gifts made to VNSNY up to $100,000! Your support today will make a difference for patients like Shauna, who suffered a sudden stroke at 19 years old. Living in poverty and without health insurance, Shauna and her mother didnt know where to turn. Her mother was caring for her, but she was unable to provide the expert care Shauna needed. Thankfully, VNSNY was able to help Shauna and her mother free of charge. And with your Giving Tuesday gift today, VNSNY will be able to impact DOUBLE the number of patients like Shauna who desperately need our help. https://www.vnsny.org/giving/charitable-care-community-benefit/support-changes-lives/shaunas-story/
