Create, develop, organize, manage, and facilitate customer business development teams, to include Culinary/Technical R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Logistics and Operations to maximize account goals and objectives with a focus on custom product development.
The PMO senior analyst will work closely with the commercial and operations teams to enable system data support, analyze critical data to drive business decisions, and automate data requirements for key processes .
Support plant warehouse locations as an expert resource on warehousing issues (e.g. safety, material handling, labor productivity, facility layout and operations, order management, customer support, and others as required).
Develop and refine the capabilities of Category Management in foodservice leveraging all the tools available through proprietary information, broker network and distributor partners. Continual improvement in data architecture, sales presence and partner relationships.
Provide guidance and technical expertise on requirements of EHS regulations, keeping local management informed of legislative updates and the necessary actions. Develop and implement plans, programs, processes and documented procedures for incident-free operations and reduction of risk.
Lead the cross functional team through the DMAIC process including tracking and reporting of progress, managing issues and risks and implementing best-practice techniques and tools through out the enterprise as a result of the initiative.
