Valora Summer Intern Spotlight: Introducing Victoria Reis! Victoria Reis began working at Valora in the summer of 2015. She started out in Scanning, before moving up to Data Entry and Quality Control. Victoria gained extensive experience with both PowerHouse and BlackCat in addition to performing administrative tasks. In 2016, Victoria was recognized as a leader among her peers, and was placed as the Head of the Summer Internship Program where she was charged with leading three amazing high school graduates through their first real-world office experience. This included things like Lunch and Learns, giving presentations on real-world job hunting, leading resume workshops and being a mentor towards her fellow interns. Victoria is currently a senior at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a major in Finance and a minor in Psychology. She is on track to graduate in May 2017, after which she plans to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Victoria also attended Bond University in their incredible study abroad program, through which she spent a semester on the Gold Coast in Australia. This has inspired a dream of travel and exploring in the years to come. In her spare time, Victoria also works for the Arlington Catholic High School Volleyball Program as an Assistant Coach. She has been actively involved in this program for seven years, both as a player and a coach. Victorias favorite part of the program is being part of a team with fabulous coaches and athletes.
