Responsible for, and management of, all financial/accounting operations of the organization, including financial reporting,financial modeling and analysis, financial forecasting, reimbursement, physician and ambulatory financial analytics, strategic business development proformas and analytics, and service line proforma development.

Maintains open communication process for all staff by providing reasonable access through scheduled/unscheduled meetings and walking through the departments.
Responsible for directing management operations and the clinical practice of the hospital's inpatient units; the strategic and operational performance of the hospital's inpatient.
Manage employees including selection, coaching, and evaluation of performance; direct, measure, analyze, and report impact of various functions and modify for optimal outcomes.
Experience acting as company spokesperson in crisis communication event.
Ability to organize, prioritize and reprioritize work.
Practical experience working in central business office highly desirable for projects related to financial information system implementation projects.
The position reports to the Director, Clinical Risk Management and has an administrative reporting relationship to the Chief Medical Officer.
Experience with iOS firmware, enterprise level iphone and ipad hardware cycle workflows, Mobile Device Management solutions such as MaaS 360, airwatch or similar.
Ability to oversee work of an individual and teams with good problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Maintains consistently high levels of productivity within confines of budget.
Knowledge of health care delivery systems and effective supervision; planning; written and oral communication; program, human resource and budget management, team building and interpersonal skills required.
