The CIO will serve as an active and inclusive member of the senior leadership team and will provide vision for IT that is aligned with UVM's mission and strategic priorities. This leader will be tasked with transforming ETS into a true strategic partner that supports the goals of UVM.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach online, graduate-level, public health courses; and advise and mentor graduate students in conducting applied and collaborative research, and public health projects that advance population health science and practice.
The selected candidate will demonstrate the training and expertise to provide physician and clinical leadership, direct patient care, collaborate with other professional disciplines, and work with referring agencies and providers.
This individual will bring a distinguished record of leadership and scholarship in a comparable complex academic medical setting, including research accomplishment and demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and educational innovation.
