Work with Mexico and Canadian partner carriers on Operational issues and needs.Create and review reports involving customer breakdowns, bookings, pickups, deliveries, freight balances, and yearly trends.Create forecasts for the week.
Manages all aspects (e.g., resolving complaints, reviews, payroll, home time, terminations) related to drivers and office employees and ensure all company policies & procedures are adhered to. Account Manager II has a greater scope of responsibility as it relates to a higher revenue account which can translate into an increased number of loads, trucks and drivers.
