PMG/CEO Megan Brennan: The U.S. Postal Services mission is to connect our nation, and we are ready to do so for everyone affected by Hurricane Harvey. We are proud to lead a return to normalcy by delivering Treasury checks, medicines, supplies and other critical mail. At the same time, our hearts go out to USPS customers and employees who have suffered losses. I commend our employees who are continuing to provide the best possible customer service, even as they are affected by the storm themselves. On behalf of all 640,000 employees, I pledge the Postal Services full support throughout the recovery from this devastating event.
