Identify, evaluate, detail, and prioritize emerging supply chain issues impacting members; develop solid position statements and represent member interests; lead projects across domestic and international issues, including national security and global supply chain security.
Develop, organize, and execute the Brazil-U.S. Business Council's programs. Support the executive director of Brazil on member relations, membership development, fundraising, and program execution relating to U.S.-Brazil trade relations.
Partner with a portfolio of internal clients by establishing relationships and meeting with them regularly to understand and help deliver on their objectives; craft and execute long-term and short-term strategic plans around their communications needs; increase awareness of clients' programs, both internally and externally, using the organization's communications tools, including digital content, social media, traditional media, advertising, and visuals; and work cross-divisionally to ensure consistent branding and message effectiveness.
Manage CCMC's internal and external communications; plan and deliver short- and long-term strategic communications and marketing campaigns; write compelling stories that refine messaging to support CCMC's advocacy goals.
Conceptualize and execute a wide range of Chamber programs, from intimate salons to multiday CEO retreats to thought leadership industry tentpoles; serve as project director for each assigned program on-site and off-site; lead project-wide deliverable management, day-to-day communications across stakeholders, and day-of execution.
Work with the Japan-Korea team to develop and promote policy advocacy initiatives, programs, and services; identify and manage key policy issues. Draft and present trade, investment, regulatory, and political analysis to members and executives.
Support program development, implementation, and coordination of all meetings and events in the U.S. and the Americas; prepare written communications, including press releases, blog posts, memos, and policy documents and reports.
