Oversee daily office operations of housing facilities: develop sustainable office protocol and practices, assure compliance with UNT systems and agencies, provide stewardship of department physical resources, manage assets and develop and improve systems.
The Assistant General Counsel will conduct legal research and provide analysis, written and oral advice, and training as needed to keep the institutions and the members of the Office of General Counsel current on laws and regulations impacting assigned areas.
Identify and qualify prospects with the goal of building and maintaining a prospect portfolio of a minimum of 100 active prospects; communicate with existing donors on a regular basis for continued cultivation and retention.
Coordinates project activities with college/university departments such as facilities maintenance, public safety, IT, risk management and administrators to ensure all parties are well informed and that work proceeds on schedule.
Ensure the accuracy of all recorded Grant and Contract financial data, in the university enterprise information system, including account attributes, budgets, direct and indirect expenses, expended effort, revenues, and cost sharing.
This position performs entry-level to routine (journey-level) database administration work. Work involves providing assistance in the planning, development, maintenance, and monitoring of integrated database systems.
Maintain expertise in gift documentation requirements, including knowledge of illegal criteria, State and Federal laws surrounding scholarships and student aid, and all applicable UNT System Regents Rules and UNT policies and procedures.
Lead and direct the university recruitment staff; direct supervision of the freshmen, transfer and graduate student recruiters within the Admissions office and oversight of coordination with departmental recruitment staff.
Collaborate with university partners and external constituents to build working relationships and partnership that will promote UNT's standing and achieve success in reaching recruitment and enrollment goals.
