The Manager will lead the process of communicating functional requirements to development teams., ensuring they are clearly understood, and oversee development to ensure requirements are accurately and adequately met.
Serve as a primary partner to the Wellness Advocate in support of providing employees with tools and resources to understand their benefit offerings. Partner with the Advocate and management on the leave administration process.
The role will support the execution of business activities and expansion in collaboration with both the tax management team and business partners (i.e. Legal, Treasury, Global Sales, Global Finance, and Manufacturing), liaise with external advisors, as needed, to manage applicable income tax matters, and ensure all matters are properly documented and records are maintained.
