Establish and maintain ongoing communication with Sales & Marketing leadership, while proactively soliciting input, to optimize the effectiveness the support being provided to the speaker program promotional activity.
Work with the brand teams to design, develop and implement their programs within the marketing technologies platforms and establish platform governance.
Develop comprehensive communication plan for Base IC, Contests & Annual Award Program (CoE) including strategy, cadence and budget.
Work closely with the different groups (Roster, Data Management, CRM, HR) for seamless execution of the new sales force structure and/or the implementation of changes to existing teams.
Lead the creation and management of branded and unbranded electronic & print resources for Value & Access stakeholders.
Manages data issue escalation process, including but not limited to root cause investigation, recommendation for remediation and/or resolution
Make program improvement recommendations by developing and implementing an A/B test plan to improve marketing campaign performances
