Analyze user requirements and based on findings, design functional specifications for BI applications as well as design and build reports, dashboards and other data visualizations using various BI tools such as SAS, R, Logi Analytics.

Ensure compliance with contract and Federal regulatory and accounting requirements and research and resolve issues that may occur; prepare accounting reports for management, perform analysis on financial data and ensure accuracy in data reported.
You will partner with various team members in ensuring databases are configured, installed and running appropriately, integration of communications between web servers, application servers, and database servers and will ensure user access to systems is accurate.
You will serve as a subject matter expert regarding the Military Health Systems Electronic Health Record and its associated clinical business processes. Drawing from expertise within the legacy DoD and VA systems, you will advise regarding the implementation of new data exchange standards and policies.
You will serve as subject matter resource and expert to internal and external customers. You will utilize knowledge to research and resolve issues in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
