Provides Strategic planning, projection and coordination to include but not limited to developing, facilitating and/or coordinating executive level strategic briefings, messages (PA/Media), reports, analysis and special projects.
Efficiently receive, document, generate, distribute, track and close tasks at the two-letter and three-letter levels to the maximum extent possible. The Contractor shall open, read, understand, and properly distribute tasks to the responsible three or four-letter accordingly, supplying supporting references as available or closing tasks when possible prior to distribution.
Act as the liaison between SE&I, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional team members as well as be the advisor to executive level management on program performance and forecasting for cutting edge military communications, navigation and intelligence satellite and ground programs.
Provide support to the Information Technology/Supply office with the logistical portion of asset turn-in, Information Technology room clean-up, receipt and distribution of office supplies, and computer equipment systems take down and set-up for in/out processing personnel. Capture action items, record minutes, and disseminate to all invitees in a timely manner.
Provide detailed analysis, quantifiable supporting documentation, and thorough justification for all research, reviews, and assessments performed and include corrective action plans and recommendations to the government.
Develop and coordinate current and future year budgets, including response to quick-turnaround cut drills, reprogramming actions, and revisions to budget allocations to maximize program execution and avert budget cuts.
Evaluate and support development of program documentation to include; acquisition strategies, systems engineering plans, Integrated Master Plans and Contract Data Requirements Lists for adherence to DoD and Air Force policies and guidance.
Extensive experience in schedule development, analysis, integration and management, preferably with the United States Air Force (USAF), comparable Department of Defense (DoD) agency, or DoD hardware contractor. DoD space acquisition experience is a plus. Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
Provide expertise and guidance on civilian matters related to procedures, rules, and regulations. Assist the government with identifying present and future vacant civilian positions, creating justifications for requisitions, completing Request for Personnel Actions, completing/coordinating security waivers, creating Core Personnel Documents and updating Manpower Change Requests.
Ensure adequate processes are in place to assess contractor's EVM systems compliance so data is accurate, reliable, and timely. In addition, the candidater shall prepare written, uniform surveillance plans to assess continuity and consistency of EVM data.
