The Financial Analysts will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control for the assigned BU. Financial Analysts will be experts in their designated area; support FPNA tasks; conduct customer financial analysis/profitability; deliver value at the BU level; forecasting; pricing requests; customer reporting.
Reports complex data from multiple sources. Develops requirements from users, retrieves required data, designs report, develops and disseminates reports. Maintains accuracy and integrity of supporting database information.
Act as the incident coordinator for cyber security incidents (including high risk alerts)/breaches and response to advanced attack methods using a combination of the Cyber Kill Chain methodology and internal processes based on NIST methods and procedures.
Design and effect necessary changes for strategic provider contractual quality or operational issues by adding, changing, or removing contractual requirements, standard operating procedures and work flows, computer system enhancements, and/or staff training.
Analyze, understand, interpret and explain sometimes complex medical and pharmacy claims, trends, membership, clinical, quality outcomes and performance, provider network utilization and risk adjusted predictive modeling data in support of client needs.
Provide necessary tools for team to ensure all accounts remain updated on status on referrals (authorizations and payments, network policies/procedures/compliance, marketing programs and account management tools/reports
