The Inside Sales program is responsible for selling all ticket products for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club including Full Season, Half Season and Partial Season ticket plans, groups and single game suites.
Work with developers to create and deploy systems for anomaly detection. Become an expert in our datasets, their strengths and weaknesses and write code to pull and verify data in response to data scientist requests.
Work with marketing staff in effective execution of initiatives to be delivered to Affiliates and Marketing Partners as necessary. Ability to prospect and sell new business opportunities on the radio network.
Responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis, this position will lead key cross-departmental initiatives to improve new business sales and customer retention, drive ROI on capital improvements, and lead coordination of operational challenges.
Work closely with the Director, Revenue Strategy & Analytics and Director, Ticket Strategy & Marketing Analytics in developing and implementing pricing recommendations across all Nationals ticketing channels.
Establish operating budgets for the maintenance, capital expenditures and operation of the Facilities. Monitor and adjust expenditure levels to insure meeting the budget. Make adjustments to operating procedures to improve comfort, safety, and to minimize expenses.
