The Director, IT Infrastructure & Security is responsible for the planning, design, implementation and efficiency of foundational and complex technologies required to meet business needs. This position will lead a team of highly skilled technical staff.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a senior leader in either the non-profit and/or sports sector with particular strengths in building best practice systems, optimizing operational efficiencies, creating and stewarding a positive organizational culture, and developing creative solutions to achieve strategic objectives.
The Associate Counsel position is a full-time role. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Counsel, and must be comfortable working independently and working collaboratively with the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.
The CRM Solutions Developer will support in the design of strategies for enterprise CRM systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security, assist in the design and construction CRM databases, integrating new systems with existing applications and product and refine system performance and functionality.
The Director, Retail Operations has the overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the Marlins Team Store, and all permanent and portable retail areas at Marlins Park as well as any other retail location(s) operated by the Marlins organization. Oversee and effectively manage retail staff.
