Serve as communications coach and counsel to executives and other team members to prepare them as spokespersons for delivering messaging and themes aligned with company positioning and strategic goals.
Responsible for drafting and executing clinical pharmacology plans, including integration of M&S, in collaboration with QS and DMPK. Ensures that M&S plans are fully integrated with the overall clinical pharmacology plans.
Responsibilities include partnering with drug discovery scientists and early project teams for identification and implementation of neurocircuit engagement biomarker studies, identifying and arranging the internal and/or external resources for those studies, and coordinating analyses and presentation of the data.
Responsible for identification and evaluation of potential business development opportunities, conduct due diligence evaluations, and development and negotiation of clinical development plans for potential alliances and or in-licensing opportunities.
Responsible for the generation, distribution, and accuracy of monthly and quarterly compensation reports to internal senior management, across primary care managed market sales forces, including all award programs and monthly sales ic bonus reports to all levels in field sales.
