Develops and maintains department human resources activities, including professional development, programmatic recognition, and mentorship;
supports system-wide brand activities, including brand implementation, campaign development, brand tracking and measurement, and brand messaging.
Organizes and documents work electronically through the use of a contract log, electronic filing system and electronic contract management database; provides final approvalfor high risk legal documents prior to signatures.

Assists with the preparation of feasibility studies for new businesses which includes the preparation of projected revenues; ensures that monthly meetings and huddles occur to ensure the proper distribution of updates regarding goals, policy changes, and staffing.
Ensures proper management of surveys including standardization of surveys, etc. and reporting criteria; ensures systematic annual review process of patient survey methodologies and patient populations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
