The Manager of Environmental Services, under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management, is responsible for providing overall leadership, and management for Environmental Services staff, and out sourced cleaning companies.
Some of the activities the Manager PAS Onsite is responsible for include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, ensuring quality and process guidelines are followed.
Promotes an overall exceptional patient care experience by responding to requests in a timely manner and providing quality laboratory test results and/or services in a professional, supportive environment.
Promotes timely and effective communication and adequate information flow. Communicates and educates staff and providers on care management programs, medical policies and procedures. Functions as liaison between the Health Plan and Dean Health System.
Provide oversight for medical and clinical areas to ensure achievement of system and campus goals such as patient satisfaction and quality by organizing staff, allocating resources, and assigning accountabilities.
Ensures that both the Hospital modeling software and the Physician modeling software are functioning optimally and coordinates with the IHT and/or vendor on technical issues to ensure optimal software performance.
Develops short - term goals and leads operations for work within the Transformation team, specifically related to population health initiatives ensuring alignment with the broader business unit, regional, and System priorities.
Creates an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by providing an open and effective work environment that provides the resources and supports team members to perform their job responsibilities to the best of their abilities.
Includes the reporting and review of all quality, safety, and risk management indicator reports, peer review, accidents, near misses, injuries and safety hazards and management of potentially compensable events.
Responsible for integrating the organization's mission and values throughout the region, promoting organizational integrity in all dealings and interactions, cultivating a values-based organizational culture, and uniting people around the organization's mission, vision, values, and heritage.
