Stout Risius Ross, Inc. (also known as "SRR") is a global valuation, investment banking, and dispute advisory services firm founded in 1991 and headquartered in Chicago. Stout Risius Ross, Inc. was founded in 1991. In 1997, SRR expanded into investment banking, creating what would become its Investment Banking Group. With the addition of Glenn Sheets in 1998, SRR began its Dispute Advisory & Forensic Services Group. In 1999, SRR’s Restructuring Group started. The firm opened offices in Cleveland and Chicago in 2000 and 2001 and had a total of 100 employees.
