Governor Tina Smith and Charlene Briner from the Minnesota Department of Education for a press conference today about the Homework Starts With Home proposal that aims to provide stable housing to children and families.

Nutrition Services partnered with the Parents of African American Students Advisory Council (PAASAC) to plan the menu for National African American Parent Involvement Day. The advisory council chose chicken drumsticks and macaroni and cheese for the meal. Pictured here is Nevaeh Ellington, a student at Dayton's Bluff, with her parents and siblings.
