Lead the pull-through of payer and channel marketing initiatives to drive access and use, including initiatives which compliantly educate healthcare providers about reimbursement landscape for Spectrum products.
Develop local provider payer advocates to support corporate and/or brand; effectively communicate and drive customer agreements/contracts to internal and external stakeholders.
Support adhoc analysis required for medical affairs activities, manuscripts, abstracts and regulatory communications; oversee statistical work performed at CRO's.
Act as the Lead data management team member in clinical development; represent clinical data management in meetings with internal cross-functional and external customers.
Ensure overall Quality & Compliance oversight for manufacturing, nonclinical, clinical & supply chain activities; establish & maintain phase-appropriate Quality Management Systems.
Maintains a productive and compliant working relationship with our GPO partners within the Community Oncology.
Provide oversight of study team conducts to ensure overall study monitoring compliance. Updates study plans with forecasts, including but not limited to site start up, enrollment, and closure.
Ensure provision of a clearly defined safety strategy in the context of delivering the benefit-risk profile.
The OAM is responsible and accountable for the achievement of sales goals and/or market share targets in their assigned territory via the development, maintenance, and enhancements of key customer relationships, while adhering to all regulatory/ promotional guidelines.
Identifies, establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key investigators and institutions strategic to the effective use of company products.
Lead Commercial training efforts to ensure execution of company policies and provide continuous skill development in this area.
Play a leadership role in managing multiples of Phase I through Phase IV clinical research trials across all functional areas of the drug development process.
Work closely with the Executive Director, Global Brand Lead, to ensure strategies are aligned and to review project objectives, goals, and activities.
