Establish par levels for supplies and equipment. Authorize requisitions to replenish shortages and other business supplies for daily business; promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
Prepare revenue management reports and information for Owners, Corporate Office, General Managers, Department Heads and all related meetings; analyze trends in group and transient inventory to include occupancy, rates, product line and strategic sales goals.
Utilize and collaborate with resources across different departments capable of influencing peer group to perform to their highest standard and establishing a trusting environment to enrich the culture.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups; in coordination with General Manager, serve as hotel representative for media related inquiries and refer sensitive matters to the Corporate Communications as necessary.
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with customers and employees; demonstrating ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand and the company.
