This position provides overall site leadership at assigned plant facility (large single facility or multi-plant facility; size generally 300 associates or more, greater than $40 million pounds of annual volume). While there is some dotted line reporting from individuals within the facility, this position oversees all aspects related to production, safety, quality, productivity, cost control, scheduling, maintenance, inventories, employee well-being, and numerous other intangibles within a manufacturing facility.
The Cost Accountant Lead applies principles of cost accounting and statistics to devise, implement, and administer systems to provide management with detailed cost data not supplied by general accounting systems. Responsible for complex cost analyses and audits. This role also acts in a lead role to other accountants.
The Plant Controller 1 is responsible for providing financial support to a small manufacturing facility to enhance profitability and protecting all company assets through the enforcement of controls. This role applies generally accepted accounting principles to plant transactions to properly reflect the financial performance of a plant.

The goal of the Zone Sales Manager is to produce maximum sales and profits within their Zone's perimeter while managing personnel activities, controlling cost, and maintaining an efficient and profitable operation. The Zone Sales Manager is directly or indirectly responsible for managing a Zone Sales team of up to 35 employees, including Market Developers, District Sales Managers, Route Sales Representatives, Sales Associates and partnering with Independent Business Owners.
