As the head of machine learning, you will be leading a team of data scientists to build and improve our music recommender systems and other data products and services by leveraging our demographic, transactional, behavioral, social, text, and audio/video data.
Design and develop extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines to move massive amounts of data into the Data Warehouse and other data platforms; develop data expertise, be a data steward evangelist, and own data pipelines.
Drive cross-functional teams to develop a deeper understanding of social engagement and identify key opportunities for improvements; develop requirements for new social features, products and services, working with stakeholders and partners across the global business.
Build and maintain pricing models that translate KPIs and test results into revenue projections; recommend price changes through design and execution of split tests and other optimization opportunities.
Build back-end services and infrastructure that enable the company to scale the largest social graph for music on the internet; deploy releases for use by millions of people, be escalation contact for operations engineers, debug problem live.
