The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in researching, prospecting and scheduling face-to-face meetings with key decision makers and influencers within the Atlanta area A/E/C industry resulting in qualified opportunities.
General responsibilities include development of conceptual design, engineering analysis of design alternatives, drawing/detail preparations, construction cost estimating, specification preparation, construction site inspections, proposal and report preparation, schedule and budget management, and communication with internal and external clients.
Prepare documentation of (and mentor staff in performing) field activities, observations, and testing on construction projects, and their conformance with (or deviation from) project plans and specifications.
Design alternatives, drawing/detail preparations, construction cost estimating, specification preparation, construction site inspections, proposal and report preparation, schedule and budget management.
Responsibilities will include planning, preparation of proposals, and coordination of geotechnical field and laboratory testing, performance and review of geotechnical engineering analyses, and preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and design documents.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: establishing and maintaining client relationships, promoting company image, assisting in proposal preparation, developing and executing strategic marketing plans and actively participating in professional organizations and societies.
Perform construction inspection or resident project representation functions for water, waste-water or storm-water and other civil site construction projects including producing written records and daily log books
The successful candidate will be a team-oriented leader with expertise in construction management as the project lead on major construction projects, have a desire to participate in regionally and nationally significant projects, provide exemplary client relations.
