Lead and manage Safety, Environmental, Security, and Quality Departments. Support the vision to be the Leader in the POLYSILICON industry and ensure that priorities are set in regards to safety and quality.
Monitor the integrity of the financial statements through the review process and effectively work with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of monthly reporting. Support quarterly and annual audit work.
Technical services to support existing and/or new products and applications. Define and manage related technical lab projects, to gather relevant performance data of own and competitive products. Visit customers regularly to support sales with discovery process and presenting results. Participate in and contribute to trade shows.
This position is responsible to manage sales in existing accounts and develop and grow opportunities for Performance Silicones (SPP) division's various defoaming applications such as agricultural, dispersion, bio-ethanol and other industries.
The successful seller will have a hunter sales mentality and consultative selling skills to bring Wacker silicone technology solutions to OEM's and end users. Must be able to build strong working relationships with current and prospective customers to become their preferred silicone supplier.
Provide technical support and services in the field of electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation and controls (EI&C) assure safe operations, compliance and maximum availability of production units.
