Execute tactical membership-related initiatives to help in achieving SHRM's Membership acquisitions growth targets, as well as enhancing member retention and engagement metrics.
Serving as a research spokesperson on multi - year trends regarding professional development trends in Human Resource careers.
Lead all efforts to score all exams and assess the psychometric quality of all exam decisions.
Lead the creation and execution of the Foundation's strategic branding and marketing plans, both short - and long - term.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding program features, overview, outline, and learning objectives for marketing and pricing purposes.
Collaborate with the customer care team and customers to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to orders placed, and product login and questions.
In partnership with market research and membership teams, identify customer service gaps and content interest areas by leveraging primary and secondary research, and translate these into innovative digital experiences.
